Everything works smooth in normal screen, and all those years it did work smooth in fullscreen as well, but since about 3 weeks i have minor lag spikes in fullscreen. I don't really know if it has to do with lag or fps tbh. Anyone experiencing the same problem or knows why Im experiencing this and how to help it?

What standalone are you using?

I'm afraid Im not using any standalone. I tried installing the latest one, but the .exe file doenst launch anything. I can find transformice.exe in my task manager, but its doing nothing, and using barely any ram or CPU.
