My friend says he sent me a gift, twice, but I didn't get the gift. He said that he wrote my name where it should be and sent it. He sent the ''hoodie-like'' item from the v-day event. He lost 100 fraises, but I didn't recieve the gift. So, can someone tell me what I/he should do?

Probably it was a spelling mistake, i did it once and boom, lost 8 fraises :P
