It has been a while now and i still cant get into one of my old profiles and when i try retrieving a password it just says invalid, idk what to do

yeah i do

If you have an e-mail connected to your account, you can use the "Forgot Password" selection in the starting screen. From there, you can change your password with the username, and e-mail of your account.

now i do that and it says invalid

im fairly sure it is, i cant think of any other
