If I have person X in my ignore list and I am speaking with person Y I use the button r to reply to them. If I press r and the person who is in my ignore list has whispered me after person Y it tries to reply to person X (the guy in my ignore list). This is very annoying as I am constantly sending messages to the guy in my ignore list.

It auto redirects to person that last whispered you or you whispered him. You probably made the mistake first , so the next time you clicked on the person Y typed her , person X replied to you , You ignored his message and when the next time you typed you typed to person X

Skynanners I don't understand at all what you are trying to say but I'm sure Eili didn't answer whispers of the ignored person and/or tested this bug thoroughly before posting an unjustified assumption. Pressing R directs the chat to the person which sent the last whisper to you, and if this happens to be an ignored player it's safe to say that this is a bug.

Edit: I tested it myself, it's indeed working just as Eili described it.
