Just noticed today that when I sham my size isn't increased yet I have the Big Shaman Skill maxed.

Wondering if its a bug.

Were you on a dual shaman map?

I think they changed the mechanism somehow but I'm not sure how.
Today I saw two shams on a dual shaman map. One of them was large and the other one was normal size (I think usually both used to be large if only one had the skill?). Once the normal sized shaman used an emote like a kiss he grew to the size of the large shaman during the execution of the emote.

I guess that now that there are skill for a large shaman and a small shaman they want to try to achieve that each of them gets the skill they leveled up and not the skill of the other shaman.

i was wondering myself what would happen if a big sham and a small sham were on a dual map. I assumed from the way skills seem to stack with 2 shams (super big cheese, tiny tiny shams etc) that they would cancel eachother out and both would be normal size. Glad to hear they're trying to change this even if we go through a buggy phase while they smooth out the code. People should only get the skills -they- earned, not the other shams

Yes, there was a server reboot today around 11:00 AM.

True, shamans always used to be slightly larger than mice and now they are exactly the same size. However, they are positioned exactly one pixel higher than mice. Not their hitbox, only the texture:


When the sham uses an emote it goes back to the slightly larger size:


(Just for clarification, this sham didn't have any size changing skill.)
And as always we can just wonder why they wouldn't mention this in the small announcement thread...

Nope, wasn't in a dual map. Was testing it in regular single shaman maps and I was still small
