There needs the be a reason for people to join tribes, a reason for tribes to recruit people, and a reason for people to want to group up. I suggest that there needs to be an official Tribe War system, in which, tribes can queue up and compete against other tribes for some unique rewards. This would bring a totally new element into the game.
