I first thought it was the 5-second rule then I realized I've been dying for more than 6 consecutive rounds.

I'd suspect a problem with the automatic anti-hack detection.
If the problem persists, can you type /ips into the chat please? Take a screenshot of the numbers that appear.

It happened to me 1 time too, I just reloaded the page and it was fine.

But the same thing happened to me, I simply dissapeared as I entered the hole about 6 or 7 times.
