As far as I was able to recreate it in the tribehouse and utility I could summon only blue ballons in map 0:


Yes, those were all summoned by the sham, no scripts were used.

If you use a balloon that you bought in the shop it will spawn that one instead of the blue one.

I have never noticed that o.o

But anyways, I don't really think of this as a "bug" rather that it is something the admins havent done yet
but its not that big of a deal, unless you REALLY don't like blue

Uhmmmmmmmmmmmm it's supposed to be random by default, pal.

This has been around for a long time; even on the now defunct bugs list ha.

I just tested in a regular vanilla room and can confirm this.

Maybe it's some secret...
