this doesn't belong in bugs for a reason. these are the funniest and weirdest graphic glitches on tfm and they do not deserve to be removed. the one up above is my favorite. it seems it can only be done in #utility, with !map blank. share your glitches!

That is a bug with the map. For whatever reason the background is not just a background but a huge background coloured ground. Not sure what causes the greybars for you though.

it takes some time. you need to load up the blank map in #utility, make yourself sham and start repeatedly attaching balloons to any space. they can be spawned anywhere, it's best recommended that they're spawned all in the same place. if you start to see the "cloud" of balloons wobble, then you know things are about to get crazy-go-nuts. eventually the whole thing will explode and you may or may not get knocked off the map. you can also attach ANY item to any part of the map due to an extremely weird glitch that i don't understand. it results in the rapidly spinning boxes and runes that you can see in the gif i posted.
