Yes, and it was shut down due to the risk of power abuse with "referees" being given powers to remove users.

1.There should be a room of Tribewar.
2.There should be a bot which will tell that which tribe won and which lost. And he should tell Tribe's scores to like 3-1
3.There should be Tribe level. First a tribe's level will be 1 and if that tribe wins in a tribewar so that tribe will get XP and level up.
