This is Photoshopped. The quality of the vampire icons is different from the rest of them.

idk what's with the vampire icon but the lower part of the interface looks like it didn't load correctly or something due to the grey area and glitches in the top left area. What else is weird is that there is no chat visible, this should be visible in any case though as it's an overlay over the interface.
At the top bar a part of the interface is upside down as well:


It could also be that the urls of the interface & vampire icon are somehow redirected to other urls with these images. In each case it should be a problem on the client side.

I'd like to give the OP the benefit of the doubt but the .jpg artifacts on the vampire consumable give it away. It's photoshop to me, and the fact there's no chat visible also seals that fact.

Actually the grey interface box in that screenshot is also rotated 180°. The leaf in its top left belongs to the lower right.

reading shamousey's whispers I think it's a good idea to look at the temporary internet files. Follow this tutorial to find the location of your temp internet files. When you are in the folder of the temp internet files look for "4.jpg". There might me multiple versions of that file, open all of them. If there's a warning that it might be unsafe to run a system command on the file you can ignore it. If one of the files shows the grey box i think it's safe to say that it didn't load correctly, for whatever reason. In that case google how to delete your temporary internet files and delete them. Reload the game and see if the issue persists.

Sorry, it's just there were a lot of signs that this was indeed Photoshopped. I mean, the quality of the vamp consumable is so radically different from the others and it looked pasted on.
In the future please just consider blurring whispers, otherwise it makes your screenshots unbelievable.

If you've had any issues with your PC recently (improper shutdown or what have ya) it could've corrupted the main UI file, since it does look a bit glitched out in the corner.

I just tested, the steam client uses the temporary internet files folder as cache storage. Were you able to open the 4.jpg file and compare whether it shows the normal interface or the grey bar?

Can you also compare the images in the following two links and let us know whether there are differences?
