Not sure if this bug has been reported yet, but teleporting a mouse from web to water will not remove the effect of the web. In fact, the water will act as normal and cause the mouse to float up/down depending on whether or not the mouse has cheese. This also works when teleporting yourself as shaman from web to water. The effect of the web will only wear off when the mouse/shaman has left the water.

Teleporting mouse? Maybe he/she was either hacking, or lagging.

I've experienced this multiple times. It also happens if you summon a web slightly above the surface of water.
