I send an email over 3 months ago asking to change my email, something that i need because i want to use the "gift" option, i dont know why that option asks to verify the users account specially if the user had already verified the account before. Please consider hiring more people or check if the current employees actually do their job because this is really ridiculous, every other webpage usually answers within 1 day or 2 weeks at most. This should be no problem, since you should be getting a lot of money out of the tfm app and fraises or otherwise there wont be new items and sales so often. Sorry if this is not the right place but since the "contact" option is useless im forced on putting my complaint here. |
