It has been like this since the new skills came out. If you have cheese and use the grappling hook sometimes it doesn't pull you to the point where you attach it to the background but it actually pushes you down, until you hit a ground or an object. If there's nothing below you, you will die. This is really annoying as you can't use the skill reliably at all.

The very annoying thing is that if you detach by pressing down, you will not just fall from that position but start falling with an initial velocity downwards. There is some force that pushes you down.

What if you spawn another one?

Sometimes it bypasses the problem, sometimes it doesn't :P
