[Survivor] Custom skill room

Hello! It's been a while!
I'm not sure if there's another thread on this, if so please message me the link to the thread and lock this! Thanks.

Intro
So, most players I know have been complaining about survivor allowing players to use certain skills that ruin the game which is one of my pet peeves. I suggest there should be separate room selection where it allows you to deselect any skills as needed so the shamans aren't allowed to use it.
i.e If you have the wing skill enabled, the creator of the room enters in a password they set for the room and can disable it and enable it as they please.
Permissions for Creator
The creator of the room has the following permissions;
Allowed to enable/disable skills selected
Disable voting for a mouse up to 2 hours (with a reason, otherwise the ban will be canceled.)
View the voting board.

Other players are allowed to vote on skills that need to be disabled and the creator of the room can do as said. Admins, mods, or any higher ranks can do the same with out having to be the room creator as they should already have permission to do as needed.

Permissions for Mouse
The permissions for the mouse or player are the following;
Can vote for skills
Can vote for unfairness, disabling the creator
Can play the game ofc

I don't really understand this, do you mean if you think the room creator is playing unfairly, [number of players] can vote for disabling (like not having powers/commands in room) the creator?
If that's it then I don't support this, the creator should be allowed to do what he likes in his room.
But I support for the other ideas.
There are some skills that are really annoying, and they should be removed from survivor without having to be the creator of the room and bleh, but I still like this idea.

@ratrollerz I think the landslide skill is made for survivor.. Not a lot of players use those cannons in normal rooms, even like they rarely use the normal cannons, unless they're trolling.

That's alright. Yes, I mean it like that because sometimes the creator of the room can be a troll and constantly disable all skills for players and enable them when it's his turn. The players can vote on him for that and this way it will turn off his ability to the skills and this will make it fair for the players.

This would be giving users rights that not even Lua team members have (the disability/enabling of skills), it could be abused because of the idea of voting against the creator, and... yeah. Sorry but this is just an incredible mess of problems.. No support on this end.
