I have just found a way to able to speak without changing my ip in cafés of other communities in which i am not allowed to speak at all. Even in the Japanese café, which is strictly not allowed to talk for foreign players, i could speak in it. ^^'

I didn't use any program to do this. I just accidentally discovered it, and i am not gonna tell how i do this. Hope you can find that bug or whatever it is called xD

I reported this ages ago, and it was fixed, but now it's this way again. I don't know if it's intentional or not but I pray not.

I don't think that it was fixed. I don't know what you mean with "intentional". Yeah, again i have no life and i intentionally found a way to do this...
And if you know the fact how this bug happens, why don't you tell it to Lemodile since he asked me to learn how i did this.But i didn't tell him so you can help him.

I asked you to provide me with the steps you took so I could report it. Unfortunately my time was wasted.

Further use of this bug will not be regarded as testing it out and will result in in game sanctions, so please refrain from using it again.

I said intentional as in I thought this was intentional. Not you found out intentionally.

On JP café we still see spammy topics/posts done by people using that.
