I hope this topic will get noticed! The moment I log in to the Transformice, I immediately got disconnected less than 10 seconds and this message always appearing in my screen "The connection to the server has been interrupted :'(". The first thought that came into my mind is that it's the server's problem but after I wait for few hours, even a day or few of not logging in, the message still appears! I tried to clear ALL CACHE AND COOKIES hoping that it can somewhat help for me to login and play but it didn't work. I tried to use Google Chrome instead of Mozilla Firefox but the result is the same. I even tried to restart my laptop to see if I can login but it's useless.

It is impossible for me to play Transformice for now not until they fix this problem BUT if you have anything to suggest me to what I have to do, PLEASE TELL ME! I really miis playing Transformice for a long time now :(

It's the server's problem, it's just taking longer than usual.

WOW! It has been two months since I left TFM after posting my problem, now that I came back the problem is still here... I still can't login, I can't enjoy the events in TFM.

Since you appear to be the only one with such a longstanding issue, try the following and see if anything changes:

- Use a different computer on the same network (maybe ask a friend to help)
- Use the same computer, on a different network (e.g. library, school)
- Use different computer on a different network to rule out account issues.

Remember to always change one variable at a time if you want to properly troubleshoot.

my friend is having the same issue. is there any way to fix this without using a different pc or wifi ?

It's not a fix so much as a way to taste where the issue lies -- whether in internet connection, or PC.

i have this simlar problem on my moms computer,
i only play her computer during the nights.
It takes longer to load on the browser, but not the steam and plus the steam is really laggy?

steam is based on air which takes up more resources

well for me the cafe crashes

then i can't speak in the chat

the map ends

and voila crash

then i can't log in cos it freezes with that tentative srver connecting thing

now all we can do is grow a beard and shave it while we wait for em to fix it

Well yeah, it's just the server message about it restarting didn't show up.

We do not know the reason for the technical error, but the admins will announce it as soon as possible. Do not doubt that you will be able to play in the shortest time
