Sometimes when I lag while playing vanilla I lag other players.
And whenever I play Bootcamp, it doesn't count for me and everyone else however it counts for other people if I didn't enter the room.

Both of these things are known; the lag can be attributed to satellite servers, and the bootcamps seem to be a new system in which the round must end in order for your bootcamp to count.

I completed two maps each map three times and the Boocamp didn't count for me or even the other players in the room we were in, and room was having 9 players, Is that normal?

Were you in the room for one map, and another one played?

If I joined any room it will be bugged and the Bootcamps will not count till other map comes.
