Many people including me might have new emails, forgotten password to old email, or using another person's email to change their Transformice password. It would be great to have another email slot because we could put in our new email so we can change our password again. I think another email slot is highly required on Transformice or any Atelier801 game.

I think bad things may outweigh the good if that were to happen.

She can contact the admins by using http://www.transformice.com/contact/index.php But from what she told me earlier your email connected to your Transformice Account was hacked into, and deleted permanently. So maybe there should be a different category on the contact link like change email without using the one already connected if it was deleted?

Er, I don't think that needs to be a new category. Not sure if I understood you right, but what's wrong with using another email address to send the admins a contact form, requesting to change the older (deleted?) email, to a/the new one?

There's no such thing as being hacked, for one.
But yes, there is far more risk than benefit from this. Considering as is people lose their accounts because they don't keep them secure by putting an email with it, allowing the person who compromised it to put their own, this is a recipe for disaster.

It's not hard to get your e-mail changed if you do it properly.

P.S. I'm pretty sure you can't delete e-mail unless it's a private one through someone's domain?
