Eelections are not fair. Why you may ask?
The one with the most votes will go on top of the list and everyone will automatically only see him/her and vote. All the others have no chance of getting 1 vote because most people are too lazy to scroll down, no matter how good their speech might be. So when you're simply the first one to get a few votes you'll always end up as the winner.

Solution: Don't show the amounth of votes someone has. But then there's still a problem: Who will be on top of the list? It could be random every time you open up the election window or even add a randomize button. That way everyone has just as much chance of getting on top of the list and getting seen by others.

I totally agree about the ''Don't show the amounth of votes'', other people will pick that person because s/he got the most votes.
