Why now? They used to be fine, only going down for maintenance every now and then, but the past few weeks, whenever I try to get on, the servers are always down for at least an hour.

What's changed that requires them to go down so often? And will this be fixed soon? It's really getting on my nerves.

Yeah the worst part about it is that they are doing this in the middle of the day. (For Them)

Seriously they are living in Europe and these maintenances happen in the day time.
It's so annoying. The worst type of Maintenance is the kind where you can't log in. And for people experiencing this for the first time they think its a bug. Like I did.

It's not maintenance, it's an actual downtime.

Ehm, but the issue is the servers shouldn't be going down this much. It IS a known issue and admins have been trying to work on it, but the problem is it's a hardware problem that they need to be on site for. The servers are in Paris, while they are in Lille -- two hours away.

And you have to remember that they're a small team and obviously their servers aren't going to be as stable as a more branched out company because that shit costs money

Relax is just tigrounette watching stuff on the computer...
