i have a very old account whose password i forgot, i dont remember its email either but i can recall all of my old emails
when trying to send a ticket with the wrong email it would just say INVALID on transformice but theres this particular email that would make the game turn into this

Try to contact the Admin here. If you forgot your password/ Email

^Contact form can help you with password changes for the time being. Use the Email Change tab of this thread for help with what to send using the contact form.

As for your screenshot, it's possible that the email servers are down. I would assume that, if this happens only with one particular email address, that that's the address you used. To be sure you can also check your inbox / spam box in case something did send.
