I won the elections from white color in En community but it is not giving me an option to make a speech.
Rather on my place I see the mayor of the cupid fur on my screen. Any help?

Yep, this happened in the past elections, where Mayors couldn't make speeches.

Also Evilsantah as an old President has his points showing from the last elections. You can't vote for him and every past president in every community is showing like that. It's a bug

make sure you're wearing the right fur/color for the right mayor to show up!
