guys the problem with "incorrect verison" is my new router cuz i got this problem since i bought it so what i do to fix this
my router is "tp-link" and i know how to go to the settings by the "192.168.1.1" so help me =D

Are you positive it's with the router? Have you tested with another?

yep i tried my old one and it worked
but now the old one is too old and slow cuz i have since 2008 so i want to make it work with my new one =D

You'll need to call your ISP, for only they know the specifics regarding your router.
