They should work!
If you're just pressing and holding the up/w key, try double tapping and holding it.

They're not working at all.

Had you got them recently? if so try to refresh the page or restart your computer.

Edit : Or where are you using them? sometimes in #utility the wings don't work.

A restart nor refresh is needed. Skills are meant to be automatic. Not to mention it's been 24 hours since their post so they've surely already done that.

Make sure you jump first then, click up/w and hold it. Don't just press it once and thats it.

The wings don't work in any room (even in room where skills are allowed)

I have tried that multiple times, with nothing happening.
