Not sure if this has been suggested but the map editor is in need of a major update. Even if it's just cosmetic, something is needed. Its not very user friendly and it is very outdated. It needs a new UI and many other things. I rarely make maps but it's almost impossible for me to do on my laptop with a track pad.

The admins are definitely planning to update the interface of the map editor to be more user friendly and feature-full.

Oh thats great! I guess my suggestion isn't need. It can be locked if you prefer.
