Seeing that you're open to critiques, might I suggest that you try new poses? It will help you improve faster and let's you reach out to new ideas with your art. It can be very hard at first, but trust me, it's worth it ;D

but like shard said, why don't you try new poses?
you'll get tired of drawing the standing pose all the time, and i'm shocked you lasted so many pictures through the default mouse pose.
