Weird Friendlist Bug

So, I saw my friends playing Transformice, but when I go on my Friendlist, I don't see their names at the start of it. I scroll down and it says that they aren't connected (next to their names on Friendlist is also last date when they connected) but they are still playing!

This happens all the time to me too, especially right when I log in. Has it been a while into playing or did you just log in?
Tribes tend to do the same thing once in a while.

If indeed this happened when you just logged in, give it a few minutes. If it randomly happened while playing, try a refresh. I haven't heard much of anyone else complaining about this, so it's not a server bug. Might just need a relog or reboot your computer.

It is indeed a server bug, and specifically it is an issue with the community platform.

I guess I haven't had that issue for a while, and people who have had concerns about it when they logged in waited a few minutes and everything was back to normal. I'm not too surprised that it is a server bug. It's been happening off and on a lot lately.

Is happening ever since the community platform update to pretty much everybody. It's just hard to notice because you can only notice it when you somehow see that your friends are online without using the friend list.

It has been around for almost a year.
The players, who log in the first time after the community platform's crash, and log in later than you, won't be on your friendlist as being online.
Re-logging in is the only way to fix it, but the more friends you have, the more often it can happen one after another.

What is worse, the issue occurs twice a week (sometimes more than three times), because the community platform goes down temporarily every Monday and Friday morning on France.
