No matter when i am revived, i heard the bell at some point. When 2 shamans revived me, i heard the bell twice. Is that a bug?

Hearing the bell when you are revived was added in the latest update. Are you hearing it twice on dual shaman maps?

Hearing the bell twice when revived on a shaman map (as in hearing the bell twice after being revived) would be considered a bug.

Oh... I guess one shaman revived me and i typed /mort and another shaman revived me. I guess this isn't a bug then.
