Today i took 61 bootcamps completed and dont won the title Lieutenant :( what i can do for take him?

There's a lot of bootcamp threads being made, its safe to say there's a server bug. There's people who even receive the wrong titles at a certain amount lol. I don't think anyone can do anything about it until its dealt with by admins. I guess the title will just appear when its fixed.
