Different types of cheese in Gameplay [INGAME SUGGESTION] |

What is this Suggestion? In Transformice, it has always been that mice need to go and collect cheese. But it seems that in every map they have the same old cheddar cheese. I think it would make the gameplay more interesting if we had different types of cheese. The cheese would have different features. Some would be easier than others to get. What cheeses do you have in mind? I have in mind American Cheese, mouldy cheese, blue cheese and mild cheese (credit to Cloudkitteh for coming up with Mild cheese) What can they do? American cheese is the orange cheese if you didn't know. I'm still looking for a suggestion for American cheese, please comment if you have one. (I am planning to make American Cheese more easier than the others, if you are going to suggest please suggest a easy one.) Mouldy cheese is very strong cheese. The mouldy cheese has a wind push from the horrible smell. So you'll need to push your mouse very hard to get to it. Blue cheese is a very heavy thick cheese. Because of this your mouse will go slower while carrying the Blue cheese to the hole. Mild cheese is an easy cheese, its light to carry, like the default cheese but especially made for racing maps. With mild cheese you can jump slightly higher and run slighter faster but you will only be able to do these in racing maps, to make racing more like a race. What will they possibly look like? hmmm, half support from me I partly like the idea of a simple change of the sprite. As in several cheeses instead of the standard one that it randomy picks for each map. Or even let the map makers pick the cheeses they want. You could have blue cheese, mouldy, cheese-with-fruit-in-it. Round cheese, spray cheese etc with no mechanical difference. But i can see why this is not already implemented, as some people may not recognise the different cheeses as the goal of the map. Though then again some player made maps have the cheese totally hidden and with something like a teddy bear infront of them and they're still allowed, so i'm in two minds about it. Maybe what would be better is the exact cheese sprite we have now but with a random bank of different colours it could be (orange, red, green, mouldy, etc) I don't support the different cheeses having different mechanical uses, or stats. |

Another Factor to include would be, Do these cheese have different values? And how would they be implanted in rooms? Would American cheese be in Vanilla rooms? How would they be implanted in things like normal rooms and Bootcamps. Could this be like a Module mode? Though i like the idea i feel like in doing this many more things would be conisdered and factored. Still. /support |

/support Something new and creative like this is good. My idea coming from you are different kinds of cheese which are easier and harder and have different values for example you mentioned American cheese and it would be easier to get. By that I think you could put it closer to the spawn point and it is easier for the mouse to reach the cheese whereas other, harder cheese to get would be farther away and have different effects which make it harder to get the cheese? The normal cheddar cheese would have no effects but would be farther away from the spawn point than the easier cheeses. |

Richras a dit : Yeah the easier, cheddar (normal), and a slightly harder cheese would be in the vanilla and normal rooms. More harder cheese, cheddar and a slightly easier cheese would be in bootcamp. Racing I'd say cheddar and hard or it'd defeat the purpose of racing (A bit). |

A friend asked me to suggest 'Mild Cheese' which is an easier cheese, it makes you slightly faster and has less value. The Mild Cheese also makes you have less weight, making you lighter and you can jump higher (If TFM is adding values/effects to this) Also, I have been thinking this would be better if it was made into a MINIGAME. Unless TFM wants to add it to the actual game. The minigame would have different levels like Vanilla, normal, racing and bootcamp. /support I think this is a really cool idea :) it would be alot more interesting and fun to get different cheeses, and maybe new idems in the shops will come out for specific types of cheeses :) Easy cheese could be like vanilla (like white cheddar), room #' rooms (i.e. room 2) could be provolone :3, survivor could be pepper jack, bootcamp could be colby jack :D idk ^u^ just some ideas :) |
