a few days ago my friend made a new account and told me that she forgot her password on her other account. Whenever she pressed the 'Forgot password' on the login screen and entered her nickname and email, it just came up with a box that did nothing.



I'm not sure if she already has an email vadilated on her account or not.

We waited for a long time, but she told me that nothing happened. Can anyone fix this bug please?

if she hasnt validated an email, i believe thats what happens. ask her if she did.

Maybe logging off and then on again may help (refreshing maybe), or ask her if she validated an email. If she hasn't, then she may.

Indeed. You should ask her first if she's validated her email. If she didn't, she can still do so. Also, if it keeps appearing you can try to refresh the page (or restart the standalone).
