Being a individual who isn't naturally violent or competitive. All shaman duels end the same for me, downright pathetic. I can do basic shaman work and even look forward to helping people out. But whenever there are two mouse holes and the other shaman what's to fight for the saves I end up curled up in a ball like the little coward I am because I don't like to fight. Did you know that I even had dual map with someone who's kinda a beginner I still lost the fight. All I could do was plant one invisible b board before my ass got blasted with a cannon ball. They couldn't even properly build on their own yet and they ended not even being able to save anyone. So you have people just starting off getting it in their head to be violent competitive asshole before they even learn how to build, is that the kind of commuinity we want? If only there some way we could avoid the fighting, or for people who don't want to fight to OPT OUT and leave the pitiful squabbles to the wild animals. Dernière modification le 1439265180000 |

But I'm referring to the OP which they clearly stated that "if only there was a way to opt out and leave the pitiful work to the wild animals" Yea.. Suiciding is the answer there, or simply kill the other shaman first. There are very useful skills that you can benefit from in order to not get blasted off the map by another shaman, especially one who is inexperienced. Seriously, if you choose not to kill the other shaman just because you're not violent then its kinda your loss. Sometimes new people don't even know what the cannon is and they just spawn it randomly, having no idea what it does. Even if you could opt out using an opt out feature, most likely you would still end up with less if not 0 saves? What if both shamans opt out, no saves for either and a completely missed opportunity to gain saves in the first place. I'm not trying to sound rude, just don't see how this would make a difference for anything |

I'm pretty sure you are talking about vanilla double-shaman maps, which are meant to have shaman fight - that's why there are 2 holes with 2 different colors. In fight maps, just as in racing - the strong wins. You should simply get rid of the other guy as soon as possible. "Kill before you get killed". What if the other shaman fucks up? You may feel pity for him, but he may not feel pity for the mice. You seem to be a fan of shaman co-op rather than fight (although you describe fight worse than it really is), and this is exactly the reason P8 maps exist. :) Dernière modification le 1439414400000 |

/no support Jaxri and ron pretty much covered my views :) if you don't wanna fight, dont, just die or be killed, either way the result is the same. i don't see the need to implement a "give in" feature when /mort exists. maybe you just don't wanna give the other sham the glory/satisfaction of killing you. That's what /mort is for. The coward's/pacifist's way out of a fight. |
