Last week I visited Gamecom and got myself a japan expo code. I went there with a friend who doesn't play transformice, but I still got him to get another one for a friend of mine.
Now it turns out the code I gave to my friend isn't working because it has already been used. I looked into how this could be possible and found out that people can just hack the code.
My friend contacted moderators but in the end he got the cold shoulder because "I was only allowed to get 1 card".
I'm not sure if he cleared this up, but I didn't get 2 cards. I only got 1.
I wouldn't say transformice was the main reason for me to go to gamescom, but it still was a long drive to get there just to find out the card doesn't even work.
I can prove that I was at gamescom, I can prove I have the ticket and I just find it ridiculous that my friend doesn't receive a new code after moderators told him that it would be fine.
Now this might not be the right place nor forumsection to be posting this, but I wouldn't know where else to say this.

All I'm asking is for you to understand that YOU are the ones that gave me a code that doesn't work, and my friend has every right to receive a new one. I didn't take 2 cards, I didn't sell the cards, I didn't do ANYTHING wrong. So please give it another thought.
