Hello players at the official forums. I don't know if you all will read this to the very end but I'm still writing this here, not only because I want everyone to know what I think but also because I'm letting this feeling go through this topic. Please I'm sorry if I use any offensive language or if the text goes boring.

It started about some months, 8 or 9, maybe more (I haven't been playing this game much through last year). I noticed how much the game changed since I got back, or at least in the EN server, the first thing is the average mind age of the players since most new comers are now in EN2 server. That's a good point, the community is somehow smaller but it's like you can know who's playing in your room again (I'm more of a vanilla player). The second thing is that most people come from other communities to play in EN, which is okay, but now you can see the true dimension of this.

Now you're wondering what's the sad part about all this? Well, now that the EN community is smaller and specially since the first update of the skill trees, people appear to be favoring more their dearest friends, family members and lovers.

If you think this is not something to worry, then you have never played the old Transformice. I don't even consider myself as an old user, but I remember how the game still had its flaws but it was enjoyable, mainly because the players from before knew how to report and ban most hackers and cheaters, the mods were also more accessible, voteban (/ban command) was highly used back when you needed 10 votes to make it work. Everything had its own natural place on the game, but now everyone is just a jerk.

If you didn't play the game back in 2010/2011 then you might think the game was perfect from what I am saying, but it wasn't. There were still favos, but they were banned from most people, sometimes even the mods banned since it was considered cheating just like any hacking tool. Someone from the staff said it was "a natural part of the game" just like walljumping (I don't remember who exactly, I'm sorry).

After that the game got some new additions, new graphics, skill trees and warrior cat's clans. For me it always felt like those things were spoiling the power of teleporting a friend to the cheese, but the people back then had some self-mind control, or at least enough just to don't do that. I was wrong, of course. Now what you see is some real madness favoring festival over the shitholes of the shamans, no one is even trying to make it undercover, the other mice just don't care as well, the new players think it's normal and will eventually do it again when they have the chance. Right now I feel like I'm the only person who seems to care about it. They say it's just for the fun but it's not fun when you can't beat the other 23 mice and still goes first, it's also not fun when you are reduced just because you play it fair unlike everyone else, it took me a while to get those stats I have and I feel quite stabbed when I see people who got similar stats than me in less time, specially when I see they can't play it right.

To all those people who think I'm being a pain in the ass, butt hurt or I'm too proud of myself, I'm just sorry that you can't see what I see.

Yes, favortism is considered trolling, it's even in the rules. Leave the room or voteban if you don't like it.

I can say I remember the countless times I've seen someone banned or muted by the moderation. There were also more hackers back then too.

I was quite away from the game so I don't know much about the rule changes but no one seems to care anymore.

Favourtism was never even against the rules so no rules were changed.

actually they are doing it let me tell you some points such as:
1- now if theres less than 9 mice in a room they will automatically teleport to a room "Full of people"
2- people can't farm event anymore , since tigrouentte make the rooms have the same event time

You see each server have more than 1000 player
and the mods aren't enough .

the mods are busy with the reports,Hackers,Spammers,more than 1 thousand whisper, and they endure all that just to make the server a better place for the others .. and i don't even know why people are mad or don't like mods , they are too busy to be friends, and even busy to finish an event , so yeah , Some servers don't even have a mod , and those servers are upsidedown "Hackers,Spammers,"Bad images" , if u went to a server which don't have a mod then you will see that this game isn't +13 anymore, it is +18... e.e

No one will stop you, because there's no shamans in racing

haha, I don't have that much skill to get in racing, I tried a few times through.

I'm used to play in vanilla since 2012 I believe, that's why I noticed the increase of favos recently

Favoing was never against the rules, its just people actually cared at one point and had standards. Like if you favoed a couple years ago, there'd be a ban from room vote going almost instantly and a lot of times it'd succeed too. Now if you say anything about anyone favoing you'll get insulted forever and possible even banned from the room yourself. If I constantly played I wouldn't even care at this point. The last time I logged in someone even admitted in the chat to using an alt account to favo themself and no one cared at all(and that is against the rules).

Sadly this is what this game is now, people cared too much about stats that they forgot how to play good enough to get firsts.

It was never against the rules, I would say that's cheating as much as hacking, that's why I'm so annoyed at favos and specially people who think favos are normal, but as I said, no one seems to care anymore. I'm still hoping to see the day where everyone will be giving balloons to each other and there will be no competition at all.
