I was wondering if maybe atelier could add Tribe Flag! It sorta goes like this-
So just like the country flags we type in /f then your tribe name
For example~
/f Flurryclan
/f L E A G A C Y ( i dont know if this one is a tribe XD )
/f Bootcampers Unite
Ect
Then, the tribe creates an official flag
they sent it to the moderaters and maybe the next they have their flag!

There re 56,900 tribes in TFM.
But the idea is great! ^^ It would be cool.

They'd have to completely rework the flag system with this. It's not worth it.

More flags, exemple: /f Atelier 801
because have more than 9000 tribes in TFM

If they are just skewing or whatever its called, the flags image, not a problem.
All theyd need is more server space(if needed) and tribe leaders can upload(then update) an image that would take the flags position.
It would be fun to have something like that, ive always enjoyed guild emblems and what not, in this case tribe flags.

I believe they are just skewing the image, which you can do with any image you call. So they wouldnt need to rework anything, just add a new system to upload then update an image. Then real easily just add a function to call those images the same way as countries. Either way, they dont need to completely rework an entire system for a simple add on.

The only problem i see, is getting the sever space if thats needed. Though they are small images, and limit 1 per tribe to update. I think it could work... and rarely do they do anything for tribes :(
Also, nothing should ever get sent to mods or admins for this kinda stuff. I dont want to offend, but i feel such a nice idea should have a better thread. More detailed, and organized, with more explanation of how it works or could work.

the flags are drawn by Meli and each one is called to by using their ISO code (ie USA's flag is /f us) and will only recognize the first two letters entered. So if a tribe is named Us and Them for example, /f Us and Them will call to the American flag
Then do that for svery country

Ah forgot about that. (Dont use flags that often)

Couldnt be too hard to change the 2 letter thing, should be a single variable or value somewhere. And the countries are already required only with those 2 letters, so they shouldnt have to change those. Im not sure if theres a letter requirement for tribes, never seen a 2 letter tribe name though. I dont see any problem in that, could even just go and add /tf or something. But if they actually drew out every frame, I think they went through more trouble than needed...

Something like this would definitely be great though. Need more for our tribes.

easy solution haru, only have people able to wave the flag of THEIR tribe, not any old tribe, and have the command like /f tf for "tribe flag" (cos t, short for tribe, is turkey) then it waves the flag of whatever tribe you're in

Basically what haru said. It sounds like a cool idea but doesn't seem worth it, there's a million tribes out there. The country flags are enough (but I do think an Atelier 801 flag would be cool)

I suppose it would be neat, but it would be a lot of work. What if ONLY the tribe members can wave their tribe's flag?

But also, if the tribe leaders design the flag, it is possible that they may put inappropriate images on it.
