Since the cafè is full of spam and sometimes the staff uses it to communicate with the players, why not make possible for them to sticky some thread on top of the café?

This idea came into my mind watching the café right now

Most of the threads are just pure spam threads (aside MOO, MOO is life and one of the most popular threads in IT) but there was a thread written by a mod about the application that got almost at the bottom of the cafè with a really few amount of answers and "screen time"

I think that some impotant topic (one or two) can be made stickied to the top since their importance.

Adding info to that, i just logged in and i saw that the application topic has been cancelled. I'm not totally sure but the op had a lot of downwotes, so it could be good making those topics impossible to downvote and cancel.

Mods can remove voting on posts I believe. I saw it happen in Jacob's art request thread.
