I've been thinking these days about y'all make a vote system to tribe.. Like for example The leader can make the vote and ask for members which map is the best for be tribe house or Ranks,picture for forum and mini games :).I wait y'all answer,thanks KwOrKyS and Bue.

I guess it's a good idea for really large tribes but can't you provide examples of how it would look/work. Cause you said leaders can "ask" members, which is already possible.

Leaders can also create polls in their Tribe's subforum.

They could also use a site like strawpoll.me and then just link that into the tribe's greeting message.

Well i got a large tribe but i don't think they will open strawpoll.. most aof them doesn't even open the forum...And also i have members with totally different timezone so i can't message they..And also i told some members about poll on tribe,they said that will be really nice.

Just use the tribe forum. If your members don't pay attention that's on them.

Why not open a strawpoll? It's not that hard and takes a couple of seconds for the same effect you want in this suggestion but already exists. If your tribe members don't check the tribe forums you can just link to that poll/thread in the tribe greeting message too and ask them to check it.

Agreed. Strawpolls don't take very long so this feature isn't necessary. Also what Dracoleaf said is even easier.
