Totem Shown Under Hardmode |

Minor suggestion, but I think it would be convenient if there was a small picture of your totem under hard-mode, instead of having to go to totem editor just to see what it is. not sure if this has been suggested before Something like this: ![]() This would be useful for: >people that easily forget what their totem is in general >people that change their totem frequently for different purposes [such as: survivor, vanilla] >when your shaman turn is next and you completely spaced on what your totem is [e.g. if you haven't played in a while and you don't remember what it was last set to] Now I realize that some people may not change their totem very often, but like I said, it's not a super significant change. hmmmm, /half support i never change (and rarely use) my totem, it wouldn't effect me much BUT... some totems are huuuuge. Bridge totems, troll totems, word totems etc, and I don't see this fitting here. it'd be ugly and skewed if it was shrank... |

Squirrelmows a dit : yeah, that's true. perhaps it would be better if it enlarged into the full totem when you click on the shrunken version. |

I'd prefer a feature that allows you to preview how the totem functions before you start using it. OR, an interface that looks similar to this that allows you to save totem designs. Plus, some totems are massive and you won't be able to fit that all in the preview. I also imagine it's very very hard to make this feature without having the totem physically exist when you preview it. It can cause lag behind the scenes especially if something causes it to freak out. For example, just loading the mouse on your profile causes some lag, even if it's a one frame frozen image. Pegs/anchors can only be attached when the object is dynamic, so you would not be able to see the anchors unless the objects were made to move on your preview. This will cause lag, especially if there are also customisations showing. Now, taking this into account, if you were to make a dynamic version of the totem you MUST show it at full size. Cannot be shrunk. (Because shrinking it would also have to shrink the spacing of the offsets for each individual object in the totem which will cause a lot of complications, and tfm isn't advanced enough yet to simulate maps or preset builds without opening another room) You might argue against this saying the mouse can be enlarged and shrunk down along with the offsets but the offsets on builds change with gravity and collision with itself unlike the sprite of the mouse. tfm does not simply just take screenshots of your mouse or an object and paste it on your profile. It's the actual object in its physical form placed in the space. /nosupport Dernière modification le 1442824140000 |

/halfsupport Sometimes I am in vanilla, and when I use my totem it is a survivor totem. But some totems may be big. Like listed, there are word totems (Some may fit, like "Hi"), trolls, some totems have those plank boards, and balloons wayyyy far away from them |
