With the Halloween event, there seems to be a new consumable which allows for people to send drawings/messages to each other. However, I've been having a problem with this consumable, in that I'm not able to receive or see anything that my friends have sent to me - I don't get anything new on the screen that pops up or anything clickable, etc. This consequentially has resulted in a lot of wasted effort as I can't see what they've drawn for me. I've relogged a few times, but it has not worked. I don't know of anybody else with this bug. Could somebody help me with this?

on the right bottom corner a mail thing will appear, u have to click it

if that was not the case then it is a new event bug which will be fixed soon. For now i would not use anymore to save consumables

No mail thing comes up for me. I can send them to other people but cannot receive them.

Hmm maybe they spelled you're name wrong..?
