I've had a couple friends with this issue.

During the Halloween Event we've been introduced to another consumable item where we can draw and send that message to another player. An issue of some who I know (I have not experienced this personally) is that they still get those messages from players that they ignore. I can see how it is annoying, and I can play it off if they're just being pesky. But, one of my friends was being harassed by another player, whom was sending them homophobic messages (since my friend is attracted to the same gender.) It was fine when my friend ignored them, until the ignored user could also send the messages via pumpkin paper, whatever it is called.

I'd like to put in this request to have ignored user's unable to send those messages to those who've ignored them.

i wasn't talking/never mentioned anything about the cafe...
the person basically wants to get rid of messages by ignored players
and i can't see the harm in this, so what's the point of not supporting?

just because they wont do it to the cafe doesn't mean they shouldn't work on fixing these too :)

I do realize mods cannot change it? Pretty sure the Admins also read the suggestions since they would have to make any changes in the gameplay anyway.

Plus the Cafe is easy to avoid. Just don't go in Cafe, really lol. The pumpkin messages, you won't know who it's from until you open it and the ignored user can spam you on it constantly. I send them to friends so I would really just expect friends to send pumpkin messages to me. It's a way to be harrassed.

You can also not open the message, I understand. Although, imagining it was from your friend when in fact, it's from a homophobic player harassing you even though you ignored them.... That drew the line for me.

To elaborate, it should've been implemented, but I heard it was bugged when it was supposedly fixed. Apparently it still is if this was a recent development.

This is literally the most disgusting thing I've read.
The ignore feature is a vital feature to avoid people harassing you. If they still have a medium to harass you, and A801 staff (mods cannot change it, you're right! It's the admin's job to implement these features) can fix it, they should.
I dealt with harassment before a permanent ignore feature. I know how it hurts to deal with this shit. Mods did everything they could to help me, and I eventually had to file a full blown harassment case with an admin. It's not my fault I was being harassed, even though I had done everything I could to avoid it. So shove your victim blaming BS in the ground where it belongs.
