Hellooo. I don't know why I can't talk. I can't use tribe chat, I can't whisper, I can't even use the ./chat Chatname command. The only thing I can use is room chat; but I don't know why I wouldn't be able to chat. I wasn't muted, and if I was muted, wouldn't I not be able to use room chat? I can talk on all of my alt accounts. I didn't do anything; I hardly even talk in room chat. I've tried re-logging in multiple times, that didn't do anything. So I thought it was a tribe issue. I left my tribe, re joined, and still can't talk. Please help. Sorry if this was already made elsewhere!

This happened to me but the other way around. I coulden't talk in room chat but could talk in tribe chat, whisper, and chatroom. I didn't have enough time to ask but I think it has something to do with the cp?

if the cp is down, you wouldn't have to access tribe, whispers, and friendlist

Actually, for some cockamamie reason, depending on how it goes down you do indeed have access to friends list and such. However, I logged on when the thread was made and the CP was up.
I'm genuinely unsure what the issue is. Did you check your profile for any sanctions?

This is happening for me as well, I've tried the standalone, browser, and steam. Still can't talk in tribe chat or in whispers. My alt account can talk in all chats.

i've had this issue happen a few times over the past year or so and a refresh fixed the issue. no clue why it happens though.

I've logged in and out, so the refreshing isn't working for me either.
