Transformice Leaderboard System Everybody wants to be the fastest mouse out there. So why not let it mean something? The Transformice leaderboard system is a system that takes the fastest time from the current map and compare them with other fast times done on that map in the past. If you had a faster time than somebody currently holding a spot on the leadership board for that map, you'll take their place with your fastest time done. Mice who go all out during a map trying to get a fast time, should actually get chance on the leadership board. Examples How this works is that each map in rotation has its own personal records. For an example, I used Dunbullyme 's @847540 as the example, Lets say (please note these are all random times / mice.) Mouse1 holds the #1 time for their map at [1.23s] and you get the time [1.22s], you'll bump the current #1 down to #2 and you'll become the next #1 time for that specific map. What the leaderboard would look like Example map How to Access it The map leaderboard will show the fastest times from all the language communities and compare them with one another to get the fastest time. After completing a map and you think you got the fastest time, you click the letter 'L' on your keyboard to access the leaderboard. Timings will be re set whenever it has the chance to be refreshed. Theres More.. The leaderboard can be accessed in some of the popular game modes such as: bootcamp, defilante, racing, and music. Thats right! Each of those game modes will personally hold their own record for their own maps so its not restricted to just normal rooms. Questions What if there is a hacker? - If this feature were implemented, The staff (doesn't matter the staff position) will simply remove the hacker's time so it doesn't get put up on the leaderboard during the next reset. Theres a hacker here but there isn't a moderator online - Simply reporting the player will put them on the moderator's radar and they will check it out as soon as they go online so the hacker's time doesn't get put up. Cheeseformice already has this option - This feature is just a quick way to access it without having to go to a third-party site to get your information. What about new maps going into rotation? The leadership board will stay blank until it has been in rotation long enough to get all the times. You didn't state P0 maps nor Vanilla? P0 are maps made by users of the in-game map editor who release their map into the server. Many P0 can either be a troll map or simply not playable, so it will just be easier to not include them. Vanilla on the other hand are maps made only by the admins. Most vanilla maps are easy and there won't be a challenge in vanilla. What about guest accounts? - Yes, guest accounts would be put up on the leadership board. What about the current time holders on Cheeseformice? - Those times will just be simply moved onto the leadership board.

velspar a dit : I was waiting for someone to mention that thread. This suggestion is merely a way for people to access that information in-game. Dernière modification le 1448733660000

Lordfuzzy a dit : Way back in the past there was a leaderboard for the top ten or so mice for each category of Saves, Firsts, and Cheese. /ranking got removed because it was apparently causing a lot of lag though. Then cfm's became a thing. As for a records leaderboard, I can only remember bots keeping track of the best time(s) on various maps for various minigames and sites. There may have been more to it though.
