New year's eve is so far away... And yet we already have so many surprises for you... Must. Tell. You. Brace yourselves, we have good news!! To mark the end of this year and the beginning of 2016, we plan to treat you with a brand new rotation system for the events and a unique Christmas event! And that's not everything... to learn more about the surprises awaiting for you, read this announcement :-) A new rotation system for events (from 1st January 2016) We used to switch from one event to another every 2 months. They could be pretty difficult to achieve for casual players and sometimes be quite challenging for regular players. In order to give some freshness to our events, we decided to release one event per week! Simpler, they will allow you to get your rewards more easily. They will make your event rewards even more precious and rare due to the limited time these events are available! Other features will be implemented with this new system:
The Christmas event has arrived! A transition event, the Christmas event will last 1 month... or should we say, only 1 month! Spoil yourselves and pamper your friends! This year not only you will be able to expand your wardrobe with new items and a new fur, but you will also be able to improve your correspondance with a brand new special "winter" stationery paper! Snow will dwell all over the different maps and malicious mice will be able to stock snowballs (just duck in the snow!) and prepare for epic battles! But this season, it's mostly winter sports enthusiasts who will be pleased: we are opening the Transformice Ski Resort! Get on your snowboard, customize your mouse for the winter season (or don't) and let's go! The tracks are waiting for you! Here are some precautionary advices for a successful descent:
Check out last years' threads! Do you have a nice Christmas/Winter outfit? Show it to everyone in this thread ! Submit your Christmas-themed maps here ! * You can add a present once in 6 hours. The Event Guide ! The Main Objectives of the Event: Collect the gifts in the Ski map. You can get normal red presents by collecting them from the Ski map. In the Ski map, you have to ski and avoid obstacles using the arrow keys (moving), the Down/S key (slowing down) and the Up/W key (jumping). Collect as many presents as you can and then open them to get goodies!
As a new feature, Level Orbs have been added to the game. They can be used by going to your profile and clicking the available ones. They are permanent and new ones are coming in future events.

Miscellaneous Changes ! 1. New Event Items - New Items have been added in the Shop!
2. Login Screen - The login screen image has been updated!
3. New Collectables - 2 new collectables have been added to the game.  » Christmas Letter - Send a hand-written Christmas letter to an user. Click here to see the background. » Reindeer - Get a reindeer pet that follows you on Transformice! Once used, it lasts 1 hour.
4. Snow - At a random time, it will start snowing for a few seconds. Duck (use the down key) in order to get 2 Snowball Consumables  !5. Graffiti Updated - The graffiti consumable image has been updated to a present.
The Winter 2014 Event  Last year's Christmas (or Winter) Event featured the most loved gameplay ever: Relics! Players could collect presents (once again, yay!) and trade them with their friends in order to win a bigger present. By opening them, mice could get titles, consumables and, of course, relics. By completing a series of 7 pieces (in total there were 10 series), everyone would win badges and special titles! The event also featured the highest event map ever, where everyone would fall from the sky in a chimeney. During the fall, mice could've moved in order to catch a lot of presents! However, Tigrounette couldn't leave this event without some... trolling: the end of the map brought everyone's death in the fire of Tigrounette's troll hell land. The huge Event Map
