i cant open my old user!

when transformice updated a long time ago, i tried to open my char. but i cant! when i created a new char, the update made the password 8 words long. but my old password was 6 words long. how can i get my char back? i just posted today bcuz i always forget.

Afaik Password of old accounts are not changed. You need to be dire that the password is correct.

Also if you linked the account to an e mail address you should use the contact form

I dont know how much of this is related to this thread. Probably your account was stollen by a keylogger. It is said in the rules to not give your pass to anyone and not trust any other website than atelier801 and its official games. I suggest you changing your email and then password.

Because who cares about keylogging a Transformice player?

You most likely just forgot your password. Doesn't matter how many characters(6 or 8) you should still be able to log in with this same password.

Ugh, do people not have their accounts hooked up with an email or something?

E-mail verification hasn't always been a thing. His account is older than e-mail verification if it's a six character password.

Email verification was around in 2013, if I recall correctly.
