Im... Im out of loss of breath, NONE OF THESE SKILLS ARE USEFUL!! Maybe... the rainbow bubble thing... but even then like everyone hates bubbles.. I, can't... I can't even... this.. this isn't like, like when some one says its unnecessary to them, this... this is a skill tree and NoNE Of THeM ArE UseFUL aT AAaAaAaaaaAAaAaAaLLLLLLL, they might be good for utility but this would never work in like vanilla or something... but its just BARELY uSeFUL iN AnY MoDULe besides maybe utility. I see you made some changes.

1."twinkle twinkle little water" (o_O) infinite spawning? That's pretty OP when you consider that when you get cheese in water you sink.
2."disco" What if multiple people have the "disco" skill? What if both shamans on 2 shaman maps spawn it? Also for the people that really need cheese, with all these "disco" rooms popping up, the people that really want cheese they have to wait over 1-2 minutes over and over and over!
3. "Double jump ankle band" Two bad things in one, OP and favo material. Its OP for the mice that got it can double jump when ever they want. Its are favo material for what ever shaman can give it to the person they favo because with the over mice that don't have it, the mouse that does have a huge advantage, also there is no "only can be used if one mouse gets in a hole".
4."Pinata" OP, OP indeed, shamans can just spawn it on the mouse hole for some easy saves.
5."Song time!" Most of the people that play Transformice are around 12 years old. So just think a some troll play a inappropriate song on. Need I explain more?

Minus one or 2 op skills, the rest is pretty much only aesthetic, not really much of a point on having it as a 'skill' tree if it doesn't give you any real skills. While a 'Party' skill tree seems like a fun idea, since it is party themed, I would only support it if it had an actual use like the other skill trees, unlike this.

Your idea of a Party skilltree is good and all, but there's some extremely OP skills that cannot be added!

Some of the skills you've suggested are quite reasonable, though... but the rest of the skills aren't too good <_>
