I know it's a poll but I'm gonna answer here also, the 30 minute* ban from cafe actually helps.
If it didn't exist it'd cause major spam, which nobody wants. It also allows a lot of others to be able to post their thoughts.. Fair enough amirite ?! :)

It's 30 >seconds< not minutes when posting on a topic, the 30 minutes is you try to make a topic right after you already have an existing one. I honestly wish it was at least 20 seconds but as Nivanadiva stated, it would cause major spam.

I agree with nivanadiva also. Spam is a major problem because people will come on the cafe and spam non stop.

but when i need to write something and it takes 30 seconds for me to write like

one thing

im like " are you shitting on my lawn "

so i dont know

but it is usually annoying

Yes I do think so, but Now when I think about it, ppl would be spamming and stuff, so idk...

it IS very stressful, but it is a useful thing when you think about it
