As you see, this is an elevator plank. If you rotate it it goes the direction the arrow is pointing.

The effect of an elevator plank can be replicated by the use of:

• Up - Plank + Restorative (non rotate) +balloon
• Left/Right - Up - Plank + Restorative (non rotate) + stable rune +balloon
• Down just drop a plank

Now if the elevator plank arrrow rotated 180 when collided with some another object then maybe it would come into its own. and might be worth supporting.
