My friend ( and others ) are not able to gift other players due to them never receiving the confirmation email.

I sent 3 requests in the contact form 1 over a year ago and 2 about 5 months ago, one in english and the other in spanish to change the email associated to my account i never received a reply so i doubt this will be fixed any time soon

Tell your friends to make an alternate account with a working email and play on it for a bit to unlock gifting thats what i did.

The issue is the e-mail server is down. Not that they don't have the right e-mail.

it happens to me too alot but i never try to trade/gift anymore because it lags me kinda

I'm currently running a 12 day of Christmas Competition.
All 12 days have prizes from the shop.
It was working fine for the first 3 days.
But today on the 4th day, i have not received any confirmation/verification code.
And i have to postpone gifting the winners..
