You might want to clear your cache...

it usually takes a while for pfp's to load.

ctrl + f5 for hard refresh
it'll clear your cache

it used to take days for it to happen on my account, now it happens immidiatley, for now just wait

It's not based on account, and there's already been options given for how to fix it.. lol
